Bims Bundel is een sociaal licht-kunstproject waarbij verlichte woorden verwijzen naar verhalen uit de buurt. De verhalen zijn te beluisteren en te bekijken via QR-codes die in de openbare ruimte, naast het kunstwerk, zijn aangebracht. De bundel geeft een inkijkje in de belevingswereld van bewoners en ondernemers van Amsterdam Zuidoost. Op deze website is de bundel met verhalen en interviews te beluisteren en te bekijken. Acht verhalen zijn bewerkt voor de bundel (je vindt ze bovenaan de pagina), maar het was moeilijk kiezen dus alle bijdragen zijn hieronder beschikbaar. Beluister ze allemaal en maak kennis met Amsterdam Zuidoost.

Momin vertelt zijn persoonlijke verhaal, wat er op zijn pad kwam tijdens zijn leven en over de medailles die hij heeft verdiend.
Hij is blij dat hij in de Bijlmer woont, waar de mensen hulpvaardig zijn.

Rowan is een geboren verhalenverteller, als hij praat dan luister je. Hij vertelt gepassioneerd over wonen in de Bijlmer, zijn favoriete eten en waarom hij van de buurt houdt. Hij nodigt je uit in Zuidoost om dit gevoel te ervaren.
Rowan is a real storyteller, when he talks - you listen. He tells passionated about living in the Bijlmer, his favourite food and why he loves the neighbourhood. He invites you to visit Southeast to experience this too.
Chris zit als dierenarts in de Bijlmer vol verhalen. Al meer dan 30 jaar ziet hij vele dieren en hun baasjes, allemaal met een eigen verhaal.
Chris schrijft columns, een hiervan draagt hij voor tijdens de opname.

Dija is een ondernemer in de creatieve industrie en woont in de Bijlmer. Ze vertelt over opgroeien in dit bruisende stadsdeel en over het prettige sociale klimaat dat ze vergelijkt met dat van een dorp.

Kiddo Cee is een spoken word artiest, rapper en docent. Hij spreekt over wonen en werken in de Bijlmer en het belang van talentontwikkeling van de jonge 'kiddo's. De Bijlmer is zijn inspiratiebron. Hij draagt voor uit eigen werk.

Nellie zag de Bijlmer verrijzen uit grote zandvlaktes. Zij vertelt haar Bijlmerverhaal en hoe zij de wijk zag uitgroeien tot een bruisende en jaloersmakende wijk met een waardevolle eigen identiteit.
Nellie saw the Bijlmer rising from large expanses of sand. She tells her Bijlmer story and how she witnessed the neighbourhood developing into a vibrant and enviable area with a valuable own identity.
Amaria vindt de Bijlmer een eye-opener. Ze heeft het over de warmte van de buurt, de gastvrije sfeer en over het altijd ontdekken van nieuwe dingen. Ze nodigt je uit om de Bijlmer zelf te komen ervaren.

Hans is een wandelende Bijlmer-encyclopedie.
Hij woont in de wijk en gidst degene die meer wil weten over deze inspirerende wijk. Hij vertelt over de 'Bijlmer-vibe', hoe groen de wijk is en deelt inside-information van zijn rondleidingen.

MC Lost, de artiestennaam van Roger Buyne, vertelt over hoe de buurt voor elkaar opkomt en hoe belangrijk de sociale factor is. Als woordkunstenaar vertelt hij ook over het ontstaan van een nieuwe taal in de wijk, met zelfs een eigen woordenboek.
MC Lost, the artist name of Roger Buyne, talks about how the neighbourhood stands for each other and how important this social factor is. As a word-artist, he also
talks about the birth of a new language in the neighbourhood, with its own dictionary.

Ching-Ling is sociaal ondernemer in de buurt, waar ze al meer dan 20 jaar woont. Ze bezit een foodtruck en runt een theehuis. Ze vertelt over de invloeden vanuit verschillende culturen en hoe die haar omgeving kleuren. Ze houdt van bijzondere gerechten met een verhaal.

Nicky noemt de Bijlmer haar thuis, ze woont er al haar hele leven. Ze vertelt over veranderingen in de wijk;
over het beeld dat sommige mensen over de Bijlmer hebben en over gentrificatie. Nicky houdt van sport, van de zomer en van rap.

Shanelle leert van andere mensen over culturele overeenkomsten en vindt haar buurt complex maar ook gezellig. Ze is trots op de vele verhalen die de Bijlmer kent en zou graag meer buurthuizen in de wijk zien.
Shanelle learns about cultural similarities from other people and considers her neighbourhood complex but pleasant. She is proud of the many stories of the Bijlmer and would like to see more community centers in the neighbourhood.
AnneMarie is buurtondernemer en groen-coach. Ze helpt bij het opzetten van moestuinen en slaat bruggen tussen groene en ecologische platformen. Daarnaast draagt ze een ontroerend verhaal voor over een bijzondere buurjongen uit Florijn.
AnneMarie is a neighbourhood entrepreneur and green coach. She helps setting up vegetable gardens and builds bridges between green and ecological platforms. She also recites a moving story about a special neighbour from Florijn.

Augusto vindt de Bijlmer een wijk waar alles in zit: toekomst maar ook het leren van het verleden. Hij is opgegroeid in Holendrecht en heeft de vele kanten van de buurt gezien. "In de Bijlmer kun je nog doordeweeks een feest geven met een live band in je woonkamer."
Augusto thinks that the Bijlmer is a neighbourhood
which has everything: the future, but also learning from the past. He grew up in Holendrecht and has seen many sides of the neighbourhood. "In the Bijlmer you can still have a party on weekdays with a live band in your living room."
Bims Bundel is a social light-art project in which illuminated words refer to stories from the neighbourhood. The stories can be listened and seen via QR codes installed in the public space, next to the artwork. The bundle gives a glimpse into the experiences of residents and entrepreneurs of Amsterdam Zuidoost (Southeast). At this website you can [soon] listen and see the collection of stories and interviews. Eight of them are edited for the bundle, but it was difficult to choose, so all of the collected content is available below. Listen to them all and get to know Amsterdam Zuidoost.
